irule: read DNS update fields from DNS_REQUEST

Hi, Is there any option to read the DNS name from the DNS requests which are actually belong to type Dynamic Update. Attached the screenshot of the query.

 

 

So,i need to be able to take decision according to Updates name. Using the [DNS::question name] doesn't help as it returns the name of zone in that case.
