Irule to be set

I need to fulfill my condition using irule.   tcp_443;tcp_5061;tcp_5062.   Above three health monitors are applied to my single pool and when all the monitors are down the pool needs to be mark...

Do you specifically need an iRule for this? If your requirement is for at least one monitor to be marking members as available then you could use the pool properties configuration, select your three monitors as Active and set the Availability Requirement as At Least 1 Health Monitor.
