Java set_session_enabled_state with iControl 11.2 is giving an error

I have an application that disable pool member and it worked as expected with iControl 10.2 but since we have upgrade to 11.2 it is giving me an error:

I tried to search for this error but I can't seem to find anything.

 

 

I can do a set_monitor_state call without an issue on the same pool memeber but this set_session_enabled_state does not want to work at all. Any ideas?
