The aggreg column shows members that are part of an aggregated link (a trunk), which would typically use LACP to bind multiple physical ports to act as one. For aggregate links, the name of the trunk is in the trunk column. The management port is connected to the linux host, and can not carry load balanced traffic, as tmm does not use it. The rest of the interfaces are available to tmm.
For the tmm interfaces, the first number is the ethernet controller, and the second is the port on that controller, so 2.1 is the first port on the second ethernet controller. The exact layout is platform dependant, but in your case, controller 1 provides 8 x 1 gbps ports, and controller 2 provides 2 x 10gbps ports.
Controllers 7 and 8 are also platform dependent, but typically relate to internal or backplane ports. If you can tell me what platform your bigip is, I could go into further detail regarding those.
