Memory Utilization on F5(V11.6.0)

Please help me to know the reason for below issue.   Memory Utilization on F5 LTM device is 96.278. What could be the possible cause and how to avoid it.   Thanks in Advance

    can you please give an output of below commands:

     

    tmsh show /sys memory

     

    and

     

    top

I can see memory looks good. Please let me know where you observed 96% usage.
