Per K7758: The BIG-IP connection table command output may contain any6 entries, "The any6 entry in the server section of the table occurs when a client connects to a virtual server but a load balancing decision has not yet been made. The any6 entry refers to an undetermined IPv6 address. The :any or .0 entries refer to a port, even if the protocol being used does not use ports, such as ICMP." So, what you are probably seeing is a connection that has only been established on the client-side (from the client to the virtual server) but not on the server-side (BIG-IP to pool member). Depending on the profiles on the virtual server, that connection may not be established until the client sends the first HTTP request, for example.
