redirecting to a specific L4 port

What exactly is the issue you face? 


when HTTP_REQUEST {
  if {[HTTP::uri] contains "mysite"} {
     pool Mysite_Sharepoint_16836}
  }

Do you have any tcl error message in /var/log/ltm ?
