SNMP-DCA Monitor?

We have an LTM 8400 9.4x and would like to utilize a SNMP monitor to measure CPU/MEM/DISK on some boxes being loadbalanced. My question is how does the coefficient variables work into the overall algo...

I can't say I dove too deep into the manual...But at least I know where to find it now. BTW it was a very good explaination, I'm trying to locate the default weights for each node and where can I alter that?
