If you don’t want to change client side host value, this is not redirect but rewrite.

 

In HTTP, redirect means the server (or the bigip) send a 30X response with the new URL...

 

in in the browser, for security reasons, the new URL appears...

 

to rewrite url, use a rewrite profile with mode url translation
