It is still available. I guess you might have the "iRule Manager' role, where this role don't have the access to the logs menu.

In the system-> user -> user list, i see role "operator", partition "common" and console "disabled" and the logs menu doesnt show up. Please help us with the steps. Any link to documentation will also help. Thanks.
