Seems to be an issue during EDGE installation.
Try :
- Unistall edge
- Reboot
- Disable Antivirus
- Install EDGE component as administrator
- Run as Administrator EDGE install
If you can, add EDGE as a whitelist in Antivirus

**\Windows\temp\F5*.*
**\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\F5*.*
