max job problem

Hi All

 

 

we have problem with ASM for along time.i tried the fix the problem; i changed memory allocation, i changed max jobs parameters ..... We have problem again with ASM. i checked the release notes(10.2.1).The release notes tells i can set max 60.000 max jobs parameters and if i sell big product doesn't care this value because it is in os level.

 

 

the customer have 6900 model and it is not small box . Could you please somebody explain me what can i do for the solution. we work support at same time.
