Link controller 10.2.1: after re-activate link status is grey

hi guys,

 

 

i have a strange situation there.

 

 

after mistakely re-activate the link controller license, the links status is grey and i have this message:

 

 

Unlicensed (Enabled) - Link Link_ISP1: Not authorized.

 

 

i tried to restore config and reboot the system but the isseu persist

 

 

how can i get the links working correctly !!!

    Have you created a support ticket?

     

     

    Can you issue the command "b platform" and paste the output here? Also, "b provision"

    I also got this problem when I changed my F5 Box which is previously function as GTM into LC.

    This should be pretty quick for F5 Support to help you with if you open a case with them.

    Does anyone already have a solution for the above problem, besides opening a case with F5 support?
