Are you using a standard VS or a Performance L4 VS? If you're using a standard VS, you might try changing it to a PerfL4 with a FastL4 profile. If you can reproduce the issue, try capturing a tcpdump of the client and serverside traffic. You may need to extend the idle timeout on a custom FastL4 profile.

Hi Aaron,
How can I check standard VS/Performance L4 and where can i extend the idle time out?This problem seems not has a regular pattern, sometimes occurs in the start of copying and sometimes occurs in the middle of copying.

In your Virtual Server settings, the type will tell you if it's a standard or Fast L4 virtual. Should you decide to change the type to Fast L4, you can create a profile under Profiles to match what Aaron mentions above. We suggest setting the idle timeout higher than 300 seconds, which is a standard tcp timeout.
