bigip 4.5.11 duplicate requests

hey..im having an issue with duplicate requests being send from the bigip to our oracle app server and i was wondering if anyone else has experienced ths.

 

 

basically, a client request will come into a uri in our APP server pool, the request will be sent successfully..then immediately after, several more of the identical request will come through from the bigip to the ap server. the wierd thing is it is intermittent but very consistant throughout the day. this isnt the most appropriate forum for this question, but if anyone else has had this problem..please let me know. thanks much!
