Load balance on different port numbers

scenerio is I have one appache web server running 3 instances of an application listening on three different ports, 9080 9081 and 9082. They requested I load balance to each of the ports as the url will come in on port 80 get load balanced in a RR fashion and then maintain persistance on that port
