link limit exceed on GTM

Hello,

 

 

I have a link controller and found errors on the log that says:

 

 

Apr 30 03:02:16 wip gtmd: 011a2003:1: SNMP_TRAP: Link OCH_Router (ip=x.x.x.x) state change green --> yellow (Link OCH_Router: Link limit(s) exceeded on GTM)

 

Apr 30 03:02:26 wip gtmd: 011a2002:1: SNMP_TRAP: Link OCH_Router (ip=x.x.x.x) state change yellow --> green

 

 

This happens every other 10 seconds.

 

 

Can anybody please clarify what this means?
