  • Hi,

If the web server virtual hosts resolve to the same IP address:port, you could use one ASM policy on that single LTM virtual server. Or if the virtual hosts resolve to different IP address:port's you could add the same ASM policy instance on multiple LTM virtual servers. Hopefully this makes sense.

    Hi Sorn,

I am not sure I understand your question, can you please help me with describing your use case and your concern?

BIG-IP-ASM is super flexible in the various ways it can apply a policy so I am sure that we could find a solution to your use case.
  • About my question is ASM standalone solution.

Ex. I have 3 applications in one server. Can I create 3 policy for 3 application?

    please advice.

    Best Regards,

  • As Ido says, it's very flexible. You can have multiple policies per LTM virtual server (using multiple HTTP classes with ASM enabled) or one policy for multiple LTM virtual servers (using a single HTTP class with ASM enabled).
