BigIP in a constant reboot cycle

We have a formerly used BigIP that we had no password for. So as a result we had to boot into single user mode and change the password. Now when we reboot the device it reboots repeatedly until it finally crashes:

  • I think this is something you should call support on. They might be able to help you stop the reload.

If that is never possible them try to exactly what the error message is attempting to contact. It probably needs to be on a 10.131.107.1 pingable network and you should get a tftp server and address it on 10.131.107.10 and see if that doesn't stop the reload from happening.
