Mulitple pools

 

Is it possible to groups of pools of real servers with ltm 9.6.1.

 

 

i.e. so if you had

 

 

pool1

 

pool2

 

pool3

 

 

then you could define pool10 as including pool1 and pool2?

 

 

IN our case we have 2 groups of servers with an irule, sometimes we need to change to send to one group only, instead of chaning the irule it could be easier to just change whats in the pool.

 

 

 

ie so the irule would say

 

 

for

 

send to pool 10

 

 

 

Then for pool10 we could define what groups of servers are in it. (instead of removing each single node etc)
