HA port on Big-IP 2000

We have a 2nd Big-IP that I want to set it up as a second device in HA pair with our active device. I see a HA port on the front of the box but I don't see it referenced in the GUI anywhere. Is this port for HA, and if so how do I use it, or am I missing something?

They both Big-IP 2000 running 11.2.1
