Least Connections Load Balancing Method Not Working As Expected

Another load balancing question (this appears to be a favorite of mine to ask here)!

We currently have a pool with 5 members that we're using "Least Connections (member)" to load balance. We're seeing a confusing statistic with this where 4 of the 5 appear to be load balanced properly by number of connections, but the fifth and final member of the pool appears to be receiving way more connections than the rest (see screenshot).

What could be the possible explanation for this? All of these members are running identical services with identical configurations (not that the LB is cognizant of that anyway).
