Hi,
You can define as many Self IP as you want. They can be IPv4 or v6 without any restrictions.

Thanks Tom. I am going to try that out now. Thanks.
I want to create a vlan in a Route Domain which should be dual-stack (IPV6 and IPV4). Is it possible to have two self-IP addresses for the same vlan, one in IPV4 and other in IPV6. If yes, can IPV4 and IPV6 static routes co-exist in the same Route Domain? I am running a BIG-IP-LTM-VE pair (ver11.4).

It's the same for routes ;)
