Kalpesh,
F5 has worked extensively with Microsoft to tune and optimize the standard deployment via iApp or the F5 deployment guide. Is there a reason you need to use and L4 deployment over the standard deployment?
It is not recommended that you attempt to deploy Exchange 2010 using a PerfL4 virtual server. Exchange 2010 deployments vary based upon your exchange architecture and what services you will be deploying.

@Cordy,No specific reason. we have this implemented in one of our environment and there we are facing issue with blackberry. I just wanted to be sure if this can be cause of the issue for blackberry disturbance.
@Safeinst: Thanks for link, I will check. Any Idea what is recommended for blackberry connection (RPC) standard or performance L4. we have exchange 2010 servers.
Read the deployment guide. There are recommended timeout values and an irule in case of using a snatpool for deploying BES.

Yes, i have read this and irule and timeout is as per DG.
however we are still getting below error when we connect blackberry via F5.
[30041] (03/20 17:03:33.300):{0x1E4C} Starting handheld for xxx,yyy [40720] (03/20 17:03:33.300):{0x1E4C} MAPI call failed. Error 'Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.', LowLevelError 6, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store', Context 1300 [20154] (03/20 17:03:33.300):{0x1E4C} User xxx,yyy not started

Verify your configuration conforms to the deployment guide. Also see:
