  • I am looking for creative suggestions from the community to replace ... thinking awesome ....
  • I'm late to the party, and too heartbroken that the original thread got deleted.
  • This entire thread pays homage to the The Lego Movie of 2014 with such great hits as "Everything is Awesome" and characters like "Benny" the ever frustrated space guy from the 1980's. His intelligent, highly strung and slightly unhinged personality rings a bell with many.

He is the first LEGO to be designed intentionally broken with a crack in his helmet. Some say this has resulted in a lack of oxygen to his brain. As a result, Benny holds an all-too-happy attitude and short-term attention span to everything but those involving spaceships.

During the entire film he continually asks "Can I build a spaceship?" to which they all say "No" and his disappointment is clearly obvious. Near the end of the film when they need something, he realises there are enough materials to build one. He asks one final time and they utter those magic words "Yes. Built It." His reaction is quite extraordinary.
