This is dead simple - you need to use different virtual servers with different parameters. VS1: Source includes the client subnet, pool includes member 4 VS2: VS enabled on specific VLAN only, pool includes member 3 VS3: VS enabled on all VLANs with no source address, pool includes members 1 & 2.

Thanks Pete for your answer. Can all the clients with same Url(using only one VIP in the URL) achieve this? I forgot to mention all four members are Web servers(http requests to VS from clients)and users from different vlan should use same URL.
- PeteWhiteEmployeeYes, you can create two VSs with the same IP and a different source for one of them. Obviously the rules of precedence will work then.
