Hi, After change of ssl web interface certificate i can't access web interface. I get error NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID -- unencrypted connection. Can you tell me how to revert to previous certificate using tmsh?

What browser are you using? If firefox, you may need to clear your history/cache after you renew the F5 device certificate.

  • I've managed to fix my issue by manually copying old certificates server.cer and server.key files into apache ssl directories.

were the old certificate/key stored locally on the F5, or did you have them exported somewhere?

Old certificates and key were in /config/ssl/ssl.crt/default.crt /config/ssl/ssl.key/ default.key and i copied them into /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server.key
  • Hi,

how can I import my company's signed SSL certificate to BIG-IP and use it for managemet interface?

I know how to do it for virtual servers, SSL offloading etc. I tried to import it to device certificate but after that I cannot connect to GUI.
