What browser are you using? If firefox, you may need to clear your history/cache after you renew the F5 device certificate.

I've tried with IE and Chrome, same result.

I don't know a way to revert, but you may be able to generate a new self-signed certificate using the steps in "Renewing the BIG-IP device certificate for longer than one year" SOL7754: Renewing self-signed device certificates

I've managed to fix my issue by manually copying old certificates server.cer and server.key files into apache ssl directories.
- shaggyNimbostratuswere the old certificate/key stored locally on the F5, or did you have them exported somewhere?
- born2frag_13850NimbostratusOld certificates and key were in /config/ssl/ssl.crt/default.crt /config/ssl/ssl.key/ default.key and i copied them into /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server.key

Hi,
how can I import my company's signed SSL certificate to BIG-IP and use it for managemet interface?
I know how to do it for virtual servers, SSL offloading etc. I tried to import it to device certificate but after that I cannot connect to GUI.
