if you are not taking the migration as an opportunity to revisit your architecture, but simply need to drop and replace, F5's bridge mode is accomplished with vlan groups. You create your "outside" vlan, your "inside" vlan, and then your vlan group to bridge them together so you can run same L3 on both sides. Of course, you can do this as well with route domains, which may have more configuration complexity but is cleaner on the wire than traditional bridging.
