Error trying to reconfigure iApp

We are running BigIP LTM v11.6.0 and have used iApp template f5.vmware_view.v1.2.0 for remote access to VDIs. When I click on the application service we created and then click "Reconfigure" I get the following error: "Error parsing template:can't eval proc: "script::run" iapp_get_items ltm profile server-ssl: 01070712:3: Internal error, can't load folder or nested folder for: /Common/Sharepoint02.app/Sharepoint02_server-ssl while executing "error "$error_msg $err"" invoked from within "subst $rval($do_binary,$tmsh_rval,$nocomplain)" (procedure "iapp_get_items" line 76) invoked from within "iapp_get_items ltm profile server-ssl" invoked from within "tmsh::run_proc f5.iapp.1.1.3.cli:iapp_get_items ltm profile server-ssl" (procedure "script::run" line 3) invoked from within "script::run" line:1" I'm unsure of the line "can't load folder or nested folder for: /Common/Sharepoint02.app/Sharepoint02_server-ssl", Why would it be accessing the sharepoint02.app for an AP that is for accessing VDIs? This happening on our standby F5, the active F5 doesn't return this error. Also, does F5 know when there will be an iApp that continues supporting HTML5 for view 6.2?

Thanks,

  • Hi Bryan,

I would open a support case with F5, seems like there may be an issue with how your devices synchronized.

The latest Horizon View iApp (v1.3.0) creates a configuration that works with 6.2, the issue is addressing APM support with HTML 5 while using 6.2. I would monitor the APM client compatibility matrix for the version of TMOS you are running to see when APM has added compatible with Horizon View 6.2.
