Error message

Hello,

We have an LTM running "BIG-IP 11.5.1 Build 8.0.175 Hotfix HF8" and I am getting 2 error messages "Re-starting logstatd" and "Can't chmod temp dir (/var/tmp/tmsh), Read-only file system : framework".

Is this just a matter of re-starting a daemon service? if yes what service?
