Create is 2016-08-04
But in page shows latest signatures
ASM Latest Signatures file 8/11/2016.
Please advice ...

F5 releases attack signatures which are compatible to your BIG-IP version. So, you are supposed to install the attack signatures only for your version. i.e, 11.6.0
If you are worried about not getting the latest version (As your version is already reached the End of Software Development, 25-Aug-2016 ) for which there will not be any updates for attack signatures, I recommend you to upgrade your BIG-IP version.
Even, BIG-IP device will not allow you to install other version attack signatures and gives a message saying "the uploaded attack signature update file does not match the current version of BIG-IP
