It's said that Load balancer normally can't Load balance Active directory properly.
Is this true?
I just found F5 ldap deployment guide but not sure if it's can work properly.

I have some clients load balancing their active directories without problems. All of them was deployed using this guide https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/iapp-ldap-dg.pdf and the proper iapp template. In my last deployment, the environment had 6 servers, and we had no problem at all.
MVPi think the main point is there is difference between AD and LDAP, they are similar but not the same. if you follow the LDAP guide and are able to configure the application to use that virtual IP you are fine.
but if you want to use a virtual server to be where you workstations connect during the logon process then that will probably be a less good idea.
