IP forwarding to a pool

How do you configure an F5 to just pass off traffic to the back-end pool of servers without modifying the packets nor load balancing the traffic after it has made the initial connection to the back-end server. I am just looking for the F5 to listen for traffic on the VIP, pick the next available server in the pool, and then forward all of the traffic from that session to the one pool member. Almost a simple reverse proxy.

    You can apply persistence on the VIP to send traffic from single session to one server and enable ssl-passthrough option in clientssl profile settings if VIP is using https. (if you do not need offloading on ltm)
