APM Hostchecker - AV & P2P

Hi there,

 

We have an issue with the Hostchecker that we have implemented in our APM. The Hostchecker we make is very simple:

 

Policy:

 

AV:

 

P2P:

 

Normally a user accesses and does not fail, but sometimes a user accesses and gives an AV or P2P error, then after giving an error he tries again and accesses normally.

 

They do not have outdated antivirus or some P2P program running.

 

The issue always happens with a Wi-Fi connection (corporate or not), never with an ethernet cable connection.

 

The errors that the logs show are:

Do you have any idea what may be happening?

 

Is it possible that it happens because the APM is very sensitive to the loss of a packet due to the Wi-Fi connection?
