You can do like this:
F5 VIP --> Pool member will be ELB IP

AWS ELB ip is dynamic and changes. Amazon recommends to not to use ip of elb. Is iRule an option?

F5 VIP FQDN

I think i found an option to use irule to forward request to dns. It requires to setup a pool. It should solve my case. Thank you

Pool members can be referenced by IP address or FQDN. You can copy the DNS name of the ELB service and then add that FQDN as a pool member. When the ELB IP changes, so will your pool member IP.
