Virtual Edition with Lab Licence with Ver.13.1.1 - Sync Issue

Question

I am able to create HA setup on BIG-IP v13.1.1 (Build 0.0.4) with trial Key for 90 days and HA is working as expected, one unit is Active and other one is standby and i can force active unit to make standby.
But its not synchronize and getting the error "Big-IP-lab.local did not receive the last sync successfully"&nbsp;
Also need to know the different between Sync Issue and In Sync Section, Please refer attached screen shot and guide me..

The 1st thing I will check  is the config sync ip addresses used and see if if the devices can see each other via ping at least from each config sync ip addresses . Check the config sync self ip address If not mistaken in version 12. upwards the default self ip allow configuration is allowed none. you  can change it to allow default which  includes the config sync port number then test your config sync again. regarding your second question please read the links below very good material from f5 to guide you understanding the f5 HA concepts

Thanks for update and hyperlinks, I am using the 90 days Eval key for my VM setup not sure if this is possible on trial key. Do we have steps or way to get this details/information. please suggest..
