Outlook 2016 it keeps prompting for Username password and stays disconnected

I am deploying F5 BIG-IP i2600 Version 13.1.1.2 and is provisioned with APM & ASM License. Back-end Servers are Microsoft Exchange 2016

 

I used iapps template to configures, configuration works perfect with the OWA but have issues with Outlook 2016 it keeps prompting for Username password and stays disconnected, please suggest.

  • Which URL are you trying to access? Did you deployed the iApp Exchange template? Do you have any screenshot? If I would guess: Go to your access-policy and make Logon Page "Split Domain from full Username" to YES. And in AD Query or AD Auth you ENABLE "Cross Domain Support". Let me know how's it going.
