Citrix html5 works, but selecting the "Reciever" options generates an error

I have setup a APM for Citrix that most users will access with the Citrix HTML5 client. I am using the F5 webtop and not connecting to storefront. The HTML5 client is working as expected. However, some users will need to use the full Receiver client and when you click on the Receiver option, the ica file downloads but but upon opening the ica you get the error "The published resource is not available currently." I can't find any issue with the setup but clearly something is wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    So when I set this up the issue I ran into was that before anything would work, we had add a Firewall rule from one of the F5 Self IPs to the Citrix VDA subnet over destination port TCP 2598. The port might be 1494 in your case... I'd check your Firewall for blocked events coming from any of the F5 Self IPs over one of those ports when you're trying to access your VDI.
