APM - how to provide user friendly access to files?

not a really specific technical question, but more looking for some experience with similar situations.

 

im looking to access files on an internal file server from the internet in a save and user friendly way. other products like firepass and juniper sa / mag do this with creating a webinterface on which you can browse and upload, download, delete, ... but as the apm doesnt have this functionality im looking for an alternative.

 

i looked at webdav but the windows 7 support for it just blows, trying to combine it with an app tunnel only makes things worse. direct access via just a virtual server and letting the webdav service do authentication is not really an option as i want to do two factor authentication (token + password).

 

creating network access with just the file server allowed could be an option, still you have setup SSO and somehow inform the client where he can find the file server / share. im missing a list of links or such here, so i don't find this very user friendly.

 

and further ....? has anyone come up with a nice solution for such a situation?
