NoctilucentiHealth is best and recommend script to show unused object for reporting but it will not delete. Before removing any thing review is always best option. Generate QKview n upload to iHealth portal.
NimbostratusAfter you review the QKview in iHealth you can get a list of orphaned objects and use that to run an Ansible script to remove them once you verify. here is an example for Ansible and nodes, https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/modules/bigip_node_module.html.
