Unable to connect GUI of BIGIP 1500 GTM, but able to cli via ssh

We have Bigip 1500 GTM 10.2 Version, we are able to ssh but not able to connect via GUI, sometimes its getting connected and sometimes its cant. Its under production inacse of any tshoot we required to login.We Did packet capture also. But Unable to connect GUI.Please check and suggest us to proceed further

    Didnt realise the 1500 was still under support but could try restarting the tomcat daemon -- think 10.2 was still "big" cmds so something like:

     

    bigstart restart tomcat

    Hi thanks for the reply, we dont have contract support for this device, since its under production. Will this command affect any production impacts/Services???

    Restart tomcat & it will start working. Go to 

    sys
    directory like below.

        (tmos.sys) restart service httpd tomcat

    restarting the tomcat service should not have any impact to traffic flowing through it - its just for the web gui section. Obviously there is always the risk restarting any service it having knock on effects but quite unlikely. If the bigstart cmd is invalid then the tmsh from the other answer should work

    We were facing issue very frequently. F5 suggest to restart tomcat demons. Tomcat restart will not impact traffic flow. It's up to you... Devcentral expert team will advice other option...
