- hooleylistCirrostratusI was going off the examples that use \r for a carriage return and \n for a new line. I'm not sure what language the backslash escape control characters are from exactly though. They come into play with Perl and *nix shell scripting. Wikipedia (Click here) states it's a Computer Escape Code??.
