Configuring SSH host-based authentication

I'm trying to configure SSH host-based authentication (verison 11.3) following this guide:

The first step fails

 

ssh @ 'cat .ssh/id_dsa.pub' >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys

 

This is the error I get:

 

cat: .ssh/id_dsa.pub: No such file or directory
