F5 12800 no of supported route domains

Hi,

Can someone help with below queries.

  1. how many route domains are supported on 12800 model with 12.1.3.5 version of firmware.
  2. I already have at least 15 route domains in bridge/inline mode, i want to configure a new route domain in one-arm mode as i am migrating similar setup from cisco to F5
  3. Can i configure a subnet say (10.10.10.0/24) between new route domain with next L3 device for connectivity and default route and configure 20.20.20.0/24 as VIP subnet
  4. i will configure a route for 20.20.20.0/24 on next hop L3 device to point to F5 for VIP traffic

Regards,

  • in general F5 TMOS has almost no hard limits, at some point it will be just too much and things get slow.

but that a very big numbers in general so i wouldn't worry if you dont do anything really insane. best place to ask if you local sales, they might be able to check a number with development.

as for the local subnet and VIP subnet, that should work i believe.
