video streaming using hash persistence

Hi,

I need to distribute sessions across edge servers which serves video streaming content using F5 BIGIP LTM, we will be having source IP same or different, but with simple persistence, we see connections are landing to same edge server, which gets overloaded when more requests are made.

I read an article from devcentral which states hash persistence can be used for even distribution of load, how to get this implemented, what best practices to be used for creating virtual server and irules.
