Nagios Monitors fail after Upgrade to 11.5.1

Have Virtual Server and Pool Monitors that I got from here (somewhere), that worked in 11.4.0. Just upgraded to 11.5.1. The monitors now fail with:

"/Common/d87ecmtstweb1v: Not enabled (noSuchObject)" for the VSs and "CHECK_BIGIP_POOL CRITICAL - Could not interpret MemberQty from the BigIP" for the pools

Commands are "$USER1$/check_f5.pl -H $ARG1$ -C string $ARG2$", with $ARG1$ being the F5 LTM Hostname and $ARG2$ of the form "-m server:/Common/d87ecmtstweb1v"

"$USER1$/check_bigip_pool_SP.pl -H $ARG1$ -C string -S 11 -P $ARG2$", with $ARG1$ being the F5 LTM Hostname and $ARG2$ of the form "apps_pool"

  • I ran into a similar issue. Seems like the MIBs have been changed because the OIDs for snmp request regarding pool statistics won't work anymore.

  • Actually got my problem corrected. Turns out that after the upgrade, the snmpd daemon didn't restart. from the CLI, root account, issued: bigstart restart snmpd

    Then it started working again.
