Hi,
what is the expected behavior?
In your screenshot, the "reset on timeout" is enabled. Is it not working?
IainThomson85_1TCP timeouts would be on the TCP profile attached to the Virtual Server.
However, are you aware that Version 9 is now EoTS, if the platform supports it - You should be going to version 11. Version 10.2.4 has only got another month...

Which TCP timeout are you trying to change? I.e. What behaviour are you seeing/expected to see ?

Via GUI is not impossible and we are thinking if there is way to change it via CLI
