I wrote this solution so I understand it pretty well. I encourage you to follow my suggestion. If you set session.dhcp.client_ID to ‘’ then the solution will ignore all MAC addresses from clients. It will send the DHCP server a unique identifier for each session. The DHCP server will accept that and issue each client a different IP. (That means the same client device may get a different IP on Tuesday than on Monday, but that is better than an IP collision.)
